I use a different refrigerant than what is called out in your catalog. Can you help me with selection?
Yes! If you have a refrigerant not listed in our literature, please contact us for help. We have a number of different refrigerants that our customers utilize in their systems.
I have different connections than those called out on your website. Are there options for different connection types and sizes?
Absolutely. Just let us know the type of connection you need, and its location on your vessel, and we should be able to accommodate your needs.
Can you help me size my oil separator?
Feel free to use the calculator (found in the tools section of our website) to help you identify the type and size of oil separator you need. If you have any problems with that, let us know and we can help you with your selection.
Can you help me with the capacity of my receiver?
Yes! Once you identify the physical dimensions of the vessel and the refrigerant to be used, we can calculate the capacity for you.
Do you have replacement gaskets and filters for my serviceable oil separator?
We have kits for gaskets, filters, and floats. Just supply us with your vessel’s model number and we will let you know what kit you need. More information on our selection of replacement parts can be found here.
